BIT indications incorrect for certain systems

Most systems in DCS hornet correctly clear their NOT RDY status when power is applied to them, with the exception of:

IFF
D/L
MIDS
DMS

and potentially:
LTDR

CLC

 

BCN will remain OFF as the UFC menu for it has yet been integrated, but I'm pretty certain the WPNS DEGD should be more like OFF or NOGO if not PBIT GO.
