reported non-octal IFF codes get reduced to modulo 8

Minor thing. When entering a non-octal (invalid) code into mode 1 or mode 3 XP, it gets accepted but after applying the modulo operator to it (e.g. 9988 becomes 1100), rather than being rejected with an error message.
