3 monitors - capturing only viewport

Unfortunately I cannot post text or edit the first post...

I run three monitors (CENTER-viewport, LMFD, RMFD) for my deskpit,
but for Youtube I only need the centerview.
Is it somehow possible to capture just the "camera" (center-viewport)??
I'm using nVidia GeForce experience to grab the videos.

I don't know if you got your solution yet, but couldn't you just use OBS to capture your gameplay?  You can select just the center monitor for it to capture.  Most streamers and youtubers use this software to capture gameplay footage.
