That’s not a vapour trail, that’s just dirt and dust kicked up by the exhaust as the pilot pitches up, similar to the Blue angels end of runway pitch up.

We already have such an effect. Not a quality one, but it is existent for all aircraft in DCS. 

 

At least something I guess.
