I don't use mods since modded game is not accepted on MP servers generally.

But I want to use some mods also. 

So is it possible to have them both by using different shortcuts like we had with arma?

Hi,

 

no not possible, best option is to use one of the free mod managers out there so you can enable and disable as you wish.
