G-Sync does not work after switching back to desktop

Hi.

G-Sync works fine when I enter the game for the first time. However, once I switch back to the desktop with alt+tab and then switch back to the game, the G-Sync will not work anymore.

 

This issue does not happen in other games I play.

 

Unchecking the "Full Screen" in the options can solve this issue, but this will cause frame loss, because the GPU will render the desktop.

 

Any ideas?
