reported red lights back panels controls

Hello everybody,

 

I haven't found any reference to the following things, if I miss sorry.

I found something strange in cockpit back panel red light controls:

 

-The pilot right side panel red light is controlled by the copilot red light command.

-The copilot artificial horizon and compass red light is controlled by pilot red light command.
