Mission 12 Stutter Issues

Mission 12 has odd stutters which don't exist on the rest of the missions.  Whenever an AI plane starts up there is a huge stutter.  FPS goes single digits for 2 seconds.

DCS is an ever changing environment from update to update, and it also depends on your system and settings. I have absolutely zero control over these in the mission editor. If you can record a track or a video you can perhaps post it in the general 2.7 performance issues forum section so that the devs can look at it.
