Any experts able to complete MSFFB2 Stick Extension and modification

Hi all, 

 

I am absolutely rubbish at soldering and making any modifications to things. It usually ends up with it being worse or broken. I have seen all the various mods to MSFFB2 joysticks to extend them, I was wondering if there was someone who can make such a modification to mine. 

 

Ideally I would like to have my FFB2 extended slightly and replace the stick with another (the trigger in mine has recently stopped working). If someone could help that would be great.
