Currently the Tornado IDS in game can carry and shoot the AGM-88 but can the real one? As far as I know the ECR is the ECM/sead variant so i was wondering if the IDS can perform sead missions too.

The real IDS can use the HARM as well. It is not at all restricted to the ECR. Unlike the IDS the ECR was able to use it's internal Emitter Location System (ELS) though to triangulate the position of radar emitters on the fly and then use advanced range-known modes of the HARM. It's similar to the F-4G Wild Weasel in that regard. The IDS can just use the HARM seeker to detect radar emitters, just like the DCS Hornet and Viper currently do.

IRL the HARM was used on the IDS Tornado a lot by the German Navy, which used it to destroy the radars of ships (in theory at least as it never actually happened).

DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing!

On top of what Quigon said, the Italian Air Force dedicated SEAD squadron (the 155th Group of the 6th Wing) flies both ECRs and IDSs, and both carry the HARM (and have fired it in combat - e.g. during Allied Force). In fact, they intend to upgrade to the AGM-88E. This is an ECR (notice the lack of guns, and the small FLIR under the nose):

And this is an IDS (no FLIR, but guns installed):
