Destarn Posted September 3, 2021 Posted September 3, 2021 During my countless attempts at creating cinematic videos I've ran into issues with getting the right shot. Currently moving the camera with the mouse results in very choppy movement. Same applies to speed control with the scroll wheel. Having a menu that allows us to enable things such as camera smoothing, speed control would greatly improve the film making process in DCS. A good example of such camera control is War Thunder's replay system that has (although very overdone IMO) mouse smoothing for third person views. It gives the camera some "inertia" and allows for interesting shots. 5 Ryzen 7 5800X | RTX 2070S | 32GB 3200MHz | Reverb G2 | VPC Alpha, VPC MT50CM3, VPC TorQ
Nomatic Posted September 5, 2021 Posted September 5, 2021 This along with MUCH improved track files. Imagine only having to fly a mission once and being able to create your entire video. Lol If speed is death…, buy a Honda and live forever.
seven10 Posted October 14, 2021 Posted October 14, 2021 This would be awesome, I've been looking for ways to capture better cinematics or stills from DCS.
