Training mission 6 broken?

Are the official F/A-18C training missions out of date for the latest version of DCS?

Training mission 6 starts you at 1910ft instead of 3000ft and this messes up the whole mission.

I manually edited to height to 3000 ft and the speed to 260 KIAS in the Mission Editor but now the green arches are incorrectly placed and the actual height is not what I set either. Has ED raised the whole world (Caucusus Map) by 1000 feet for some reason? Is this maybe why people are complaining that the clouds are lower in missions too?

Interesting thought.
And yes, basically all clouds are ground level. At least for me.
