No Radar Target Locator Line in HMCS in NAV

In NAV mode, the Radar Target Locator Line, doesn't appear in the HMCS. Is this correct ?

Dig through the available online docs to confirm whether it's a bug or not. ED use the same docs we can get our hands on

When we have radar lock the radar  locator line and the target designation box MUST be visible in NAV mode too it is normal since we have RADAR LOCK.

 

And the B-Steer point distance symbol become F - target reference distance unless the pilot make's  brake lock the target from FCR.
