missing info Radar reset after going into Air-Air mode

This never used to happen before the previous update and I'm not sure if this is a new "feature" or an actual bug. The video shows me setting up my radar to lock a target and then when I go to AA mode the radar resets and I have to re-set up and re-lock the target. This happens no matter if I use the AA button or my binding on my HOTAS. For reference I'm using the X-56.

 

Is this a known issue? Here is the video I'm describing:

When switching to RWS from TWS with a bugged target the radar will be in RWS/SAM (auto) (or RWS/DTT if additional tracks) with the previous bugged target being the new SAM bugged target.
