Campaign Mission 1 finished, can't progress to Mission 2

Hello, I'm having some trouble with the campaign.  I go through the first mission, land and park where I'm supposed to, get the 'Mission Complete you can exit any time', I exit and end the mission.  When I go back to carry on with the campaign the second mission doesn't pop up and I have to do Mission 1 again.

Since I've gone through part of the campaign in the past on the beta version I know what it looks like to finish a mission and get the next one available.

I'm on the latest release version, no mods or anything - full vanilla.

Edit: I'm using DCS Updated/ GUI Utility by Skate Zilla in case it matters

Hey, are  you talking about the Caucasus stock campaign or the Coup d'Etat one?
