Slew Problem Question When Locking A Target

This has been happening for a while now and not sure if it is me. In A2A, everytime I use the tdc slew to get over to a target and lock it, the marker starts to drop away and I have to keep lifting it to keep it in place. I am using the t16000m throttle mini joystick to slew in the radar.

 

Should I use another set of keybinds?

Apply some deadzones if you haven't. Or increase the ones applied.

OK Svend, will give that a go. The only thing that bothers me is why it continually drops after the TDC is over a target. I'm wondering if maybe I change over to just using the keys for this or change the joystick binding to another Hat switch.

Update:

Found problem with my mini joystick at the front. On downward stroke, after letting go, it doesn't set to 0 as it sticks. All I need do is a little flick and she stays put.
