MFG Crosswind Wheel Brake Issue

Hey Everyone,

So I'm having an issue with my left wheel brake.  With just my foot resting on the pedal its activating the wheel brake.  Like its too sensitive or something.  Its mapped identically to my right wheel brake which works perfectly.  I've tried adding deadspace.  Clearing it and rebinding it.  Nothing works.  I had to map both brakes to my right pedal just to stop from veering off the runway.  The left rudder itself works fine...just the brake.

Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks for any help you guys can give!

Is it only in DCS? Did you check it on usb game controller in windows?

I'd check peds to see if something came loose. Put it on a table and use your hand to see how much play is in it. To mesounds like it would be a mechanical problem.

Try to calibrate brake axis with MFG Configurator. It is very easy and fast, don't forget to click "apply" when you are done.

There is "Dead Zone start%" option in Mfg Configurator. Put 6 or something like that there for brake axis.

I already tried that...but I'll try again

So I went back into the MFG Configurator and reset everything to default.  Now its working properly.  No idea what I did or what happened to screw up that left brake...because all I did when I first connected them months ago was calibrate them.  So thanks for the help fellas...appreciate it!

Not sure if it's related but one of my wheel brakes axis started to behave odd. Same showing activity when there was none and then not being able to deflect it fully. Turn out the bolts to change the pedal pitch were not don't up tightly enough, the pedal moved a tiny amount and threw it all out. Reset, re tightened and recalibrated. Good as new.
