F14 INS drift Realign with Jester only?

I was asking myself... how does the F14 works with INS degradation when we are flying the F14 only from the cockpit? Does Jester always keep the INS perfectly aligned? I don't find any option to realign made by Jester.

I have seen that the INS is degraded, so if we are in multiplayer alone we cannot fix the INS somehow? Thanks!
