Autopilot will not activate- A-10 II C

hello, flying the A-10 II C  I cannot get any of the auto pilot modes to activate on mission 2 (I have not gone any further).

I make sure the a/c is trimmed as well as possible an within autopilot parameters of pitch and roll.

Autopilot works as expected outside of  this campaign and in other campaigns.

LAAP requires EAC to be on. Check the caution panel for the EAC caution light and the EAC switch sticking in the on position. Certain autopilot modes require certain flight parameters like heading/alt needs flight path angle +-5 and bank inside some limits.

Like Frederf as said, double check all the settings in the cockpit, EAC is the most likely candidate.  There's nothing in the campaign that will interfere with the autopilot and no sneaky failures scripted in by me.

Thanks to both. rebinding my EAC switch on the HOTAS seemed to have fixed the issue
