add a Draw template save and load function

say for instance i draw out for the border of something, ie the image above (the Syrian / occupied Syian border in 2016) what if i want to put it on several missions and not have to redraw it multiple times, like static templates

+1, it would be nice to have a way to easily save/load drawings from one mission to another. I would definitely be keen to see a feature allowing saving/loading drawings as a template, or alternatively a "import drawings from miz" functionality.

This might enable us to even import borders automaticaly, let's say from openstreetmap data etc.
