I bought the Russian version, I have problems with the installation.

Have I downloaded two files, the setup and a file winrar of 850 MB...... What must I do with the second file? on having installed the setup, does this error happen to me, see figure..... Can you help me with this?

I just put the setup.exe and the .cab file in the same directory and ran setup - everything fine from there.

 

You don't need to do anything other than that (don't extract the .cab/winrar file).

 

Looking at the error it appears your files are in Administrator\Documents & Settings. Some things to check

 

1) Move those files out of Docs & Settings and put them somewhere else and re-try the install

2) Make sure you have admin privileges for that directory (i.e. are you logged in as Administrator)

 

Those would be the first things I'd look at...

Did you place both files in the same directory? Because apart from that you don't need to do anything with the data.cab archive.

If you are running Vista you have to run setup as an Administrator. But are you sure you got all of the .cab file? I think mine was about 885 Mb.

If it don't work check if the MD5 checksum is correct (maybe the CAB file is incorrect).
