Although I set X and Y axis for Radar stick in axis setting (not set buttom),it still control like a buttom. If i push stick a little, the cross not move .But the cross move rapidly if i push stick through a point(maybe 50%?). So it's difficult to make a precision control of corss during the fix of waypoint.

Yes, and you can only move one axis at a time, no diagonal movement. 

"Subsonic is below Mach 1, supersonic is up to Mach 5. Above Mach 5 is hypersonic. And reentry from space, well, that's like Mach a lot."

Have you tried “Axis Tuning’ in the controls page?

It is not responsive to axis tuning.  Each of the axes behaves like a binary button, and only one can activate at a time.
