According to "A1-F18AC-NFM-500 NATOPS POCKET CHECKLIST" Side 6 "Before Taxi" #5:

If wings are folded, verify aileron Xs are present

 

Right now this Xs are not present. 

Also the BLIN-Codes seems to be wrong, as stated in the same document, the only visible codes after Bit-Test should be:

With the wings folded, the AIL row should be Xd out, as no hydraulic pressure is being supplied to the aileron actuators.

Source: multiple checks and cautions through the NFM-000 to ensure that AIL row is Xd out with the wings folded, including after a FCS reset and FCS BIT.
