Not really a bug, but more of a visual annoyance.  In the game, when you manually select a frequency you turn the knobs to set the frequency.  When you turn the knob clockwise the number dial turns counter clockwise.  On an actual control head the number dial turns with the knob.

Agreed. The dial moved same direction as the knob. The knob has a small pit IIRCC which forces the dial to move
