Does anyone have any ideas how they compare? Anyone heard the positives and negatives of using such devices to get the immersion factor multiplied 3 fold?

I got 200 dollars to spend for my Christmas present and i can't figure out what to get..

I'm an avid gamer of the PC FPS and Flight Sim Flaming Cliffs and soon BS. So, adding this to my PC would be a big plus. Now, I have no clue if they are good for your sight/eyes. Do they make you dizzy? Can your eye sight be damaged? Questions such as those is what I wonder. Which would be better lb. or lb.? and dollar for dollar.. I could by the 200 dollar one but, I have no clue if they are even worth it.

I'd go for a 3D glasses although I had no experience with any of the models you mentioned.

So if you already got yourself a TIR I'd say glasses!

Hi, I would highly Reccomend the Glasses or you can get a Zalman or IZ3d Monitor. But this will all depend on what Graphics Card you have and OS.

I also have the Audio FX Headset (only used for bout 1/2 hour) I can sell you for a Discounted Price if interested we can continue that in a PM but as for the Glasses let me know what Graphics card you have and OS ;)

Well if you go with the Glasses there are usually no Ill effects but there is a Medicval Test with the nVidia Drivers to make sure you can See 3D. But I have been gaming as have Many otherrs and have no Side Effects.

I have heard people that gami in AnaGlyph (Red/Blue) Glasses get some side effects Eye Strain Headaches?? But with the Shutterglasses as long as you keep the refresh Rate High above 75 or 100 on a CRT Monitor you should be fine. I been S-3D Gaming since 01 I never experienced any Problems. I started out on a 21" CRT Monitor and moved up to a DLP Projector Really cool the Flight Sims in 3D ;) Especially LO:MAC and DCS:BS Two thumbs up!!

Oh What kind of Monitor do you have also.
