AI seems to have issues with ground operations on carriers and on air fields. Having more then only a few AI aircraft on the same airfield or carrier way too often results in a lock up, where AI blocks each other and no other AI aircraft can either start or land. There are numerous examples here on the forum. Wouldn't it make sense to rewrite the entire ground ops stuff in a more generic way so that AI can make more efficient use of multiple runways on a airfield (like they do with catapults on carriers) and to solve taxi way blocking on airfields as well as on carriers?

IA and ATC on Carriers continue WIP, ED has working on complete them, and after, that will be used to implement NATO, Russia / URRS, WW2 ATCs on bases and ground crew.
