When applying full left rudder and brakes, both wheels completely stop spinning. One wheel should still turn, otherwise you would stay stationary.

But, when applying full right rudder and brakes, both wheels still rotate, while one wheel is obviously almost stationary and on one spot but still spinning at the same speed like the other wheel.
