pete_auau Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Just wondering on how for eg you receive a target from Jtac and its in mgrs format and need to convert it to lat/ lon so you can enter it in the nav 2

ataribaby Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 (edited) That video says nothing about entering JTAC MGRS format. It only shows how to convert existing waypoint into MGRS. I tried and I was able to enter coords on last line like string of x y coords without dash but I was not able to change grid and square letters. So I am wondering same question. b0bl00i Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Yes goes only one way, also I noticed there's no way (as far as I know) to enter any letters via the ICP other than NSEW, no CDU like in the A10C.
ataribaby Posted November 19, 2021 Posted November 19, 2021 Me neither. No way to enter letters. Unfortunately pretty useless now as main purpose is to enter coords that you get from JTAC.
