cfrag Posted November 22, 2021 Posted November 22, 2021 I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but for the life of me I can't find the answer now that I need it, so please educate me. I know that there are some models I can use in my missions that others only can see when they, too, have installed the relevant DLC, while others can be seen by all, but some functionality is only available if the relevant DLC is installed. I'm currently using two models in my mission: Forrestal and Aircraft Carrier technician guy (see below). If someone who does not own the Tomcat nor SC tries to open the mission - will they still be able to see the models, and (in the case of the Forrestal) be able to land on it? Thank you for any pointers, -ch

Hi, I'm currently editing misisons for the A-4E and did the test of deleting both the SC and the Tomcat from my DCS. I found that you can use the Forrestal and land on it, and you can use a subset of the SC deck crew including the animated technician: I can also use the Tomcat as AI even if I don't own that Module. 2 For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
