SteamVR default view desktop

Hi pilots,

is that possible to make steamVR by default goes on desktop window ? in order to not use controller ?

Disable the dash for Steam VR in the settings along with Home and the other items.

That will accomplish what you are looking for.

With Steam VR running open the settings tab, you will see where you can customize things including the dash. I never really see any of the Steam VR environment prior to launching DCS from the desktop. And my controllers are never on when flying.

I can double click the dcs icon on my pancake desktop and it boots wmr portal, then steamvr then dcs without needing to use the controllers.

Not sure if there's a away to automatically set steamvr to display the virtual desktop without having to click on the icon with the controller first.

I would like to go under desktop when I leave DCS, not under SteamVR board

Perhaps there's a script that could close steamvr once dcs closes?

I just take my headset off as soon as I've finished in vr.
