resolved Hard Crash TGP > Left MFD

Hello,My DCS hard crashes when i turn on my TGP page in my right MFD,At an instant DCS Freezes,and the only way out is CTRL+ALT Delete..

Is this a common problem and is there a way to find out what seems to be the problem?since the game freezes i cant seem to find a crash report.

 

 

System:

 

windows 10 with latest updates

i77600k

GTX2070 super

32g ram

streamdeckxl

Trackir

Virpil CM3/rudder/warbird Alpha

No not seeing any crash here. 

Please attach your dcs.log from your saved games dcs log folder. 

if you have a recent crash zip folder attach that. 

Please remove all unofficial mods and edits if any and run a slow repair or verify if steam

i see i still have the core mod installed,but the problem was there before i installed it.

working on a slow repair right now.

i forgot about that app,ill remove it,and see if it will make a difference

i removed the moving map,did a slow repair and tested again.

the crash still remains.

When the crash happens is a zip folder created in the saved games dcs log folder? 

if so please attach it may have a track replay 

 

Also try renaming your dcs folder in saved games, create a backup
The run a slow repair again and restart dcs. 

it will create a fresh dcs folder in saved games. 

Then test again

Good news!

 

i deleted the saved games folder,did a slow repair,and the problem was solved,i'll do some testing to see which mod or addon caused the problem,if i find out i'll let you know,.

This is the only case of this crash that I am aware of, it has to be related to a mod or edit. 

I have a feeling it maybe related to streamdeck, I think I remember a thread somewhere, trying to find it now.

Please ensure all user mods or edits are removed and run a slow repair again, if it crashes again please attach the zip folder created or the dcs.log again.

The same thing happens with WPN page and HARMs.

If you use Streamdeck, just swap the file for F-16 as described here:
