Setting up landing mission

I would like to set up a landing mission so i can get practice with the f16, but cant figure out how to specify where to put it...i.e. 10nm approach, ME keeps putting me right over the runway

Sounds like you are talking about waypoints, and the 'Landing' waypoint action?  Just set up multiple waypoints, with the final waypoint having the 'Landing' action.  The rest should be fly-over navigation points.  You can name them, too.

hi, i have quiseton abouit placingt the landing point at start of runway wher the landing begins bu the it jumnps back to center. should that be ?
