Unable to uncage AGM-65E Mavericks in Serpents head sam slam mission.

Hello I am unable to uncage my Mavericks in the sam slam mission where I am using Jtac at 1688 to take out sams in the mission.  I have followed the process in Chuck's guide and the offical youtube video put out by Matt Wagner but after entering in 1688 the c and uncage button on my joystick do nothing.  It says all my mavericks are on standby if that helps.  I have also used the sensor select switch but this appears to do nothing as well.

Whatever you wanna do on either "active" DDI, first always pess the Sensor select switch in the direction of the DDI you want to work on. Look for the "Focus DIamond" in the top right corner. YOu can't do too much, until it appears top right. It is tiny, so look closely.

Hopefully this fly through by Flying Kenny may help. (It is noted as mission 4 as this is from the Nevada Black Sea version but is the same mission as yours)

Care to share, what was the problem after all? Just for learning purposes to anyone ever encountering the same...

I had to press alt + , to select my left DDI before I could uncage the missile.
