[REPORTED] Single Player Mission: A2A refuling practice

Bug:

tanker does not respond on preset radio frequency.

Solution:

1. Check frequency

2. write frequency in mission description.

The mission AV-8BNA A2A Refuelling Practice is still badly broken in DCS 2.7.15.26783 (latest OpenBeta):

• the briefing doesn't mention the tanker's frequency
• the kneeboard doesn't mention the tanker's frequency
• the tanker's frequency is not preset on Channel 1 or the manual frequency for the player aircraft
• the tanker stops giving fuel as it goes feet dry after 40 miles, without any advance notice

Basically, players who need this mission to practice Air-to-Air refueling have no way to contact the tanker, unless they open the mission in the Mission Editor or they use simplified radios.

For the time being, the tanker is on 251.000 MHz UHF, and that currently corresponds to preset channel 18 on the left radio, in case this helps anyone.
