What is this thing in front of HUD

Hi! What is this thing in front of HUD in cold start and how to remove it and turn HUD on?

It's the gun cam. You can make it disappear if you turn off the cam (right vertical panel, bottom row, 3rd switch)

 

To turn on the gunsight, turn on the two switches at the bottom right corner of the gunsight and the net and gyro thing switch, also located at the right vertical panel bottom row.
