NWS, Wheel Brake when I move the plane on the ground

I have a little problem, you will surely be able to help me.

I have my button to activate the NWS, I see it in the HUD which is lit, 
I use the keyboard with the Z and X for the left and right wheel brake. 
But the f18 doesn't turn at all or little bit on the ground, even if I hold down the NWS to have it on HI. 
I probably forgot to map a key somewhere or that's another problem.

Slow down you're taxiing too fast.

ok I will try that, but I'm just push a little bit the throttles.

as soon as you start moving pull the throttles back to idle and leave them there

But, hold it! You talk about trying to use left and right wheel brakes, and then you refer to to the "X" and "Z" commands which are for the rudder.
Can you be clear about what you are doing?

I have make a mistake, I found my problem, I use the left and right wheel brake and not the rudder to turn.  sorry for my noob error
