[FIXED] RWR/SPO detect JF-17 radar at 570km

SPO on Su-27 or RWR on F-15C and A-10A react to JF-17 AI at ~570km! This is farther than any AWACS and MiG-31 in the game. This is a bug?

Fixed in 2.7.10.19402 Open Beta or not yet? This problem was still in 2.7.10.18996 Open beta.

Fixed means it will be in the next patch. The JF-17 is too small for ED to release a hotfix for it.

Could this be the problem?

JF-17.lua has this

detection_range_max   = 256000.0,

if you change the value to detection_range_max   = 256.0,  then this bug disappears and works correctly.

For example, in J-11A.lua this parameter = detection_range_max   = 250.

damn, i didn't know the unit for this variable is km. normally they are all meters ....

The JF-17 AI still seems to have that issue
