Are the results of user created missions supposed to show up in the pilot log book? I created a mission in the mission editor and as far as I can find everything is set right....my log book pilot is Russian, the player side in the mission is Russian....but the flight time, landings etc from the mission do not reflect in the pilot log book. Instant action mission results show up there though. Any idea if this is supposed to be this way or am I doing something wrong in the mission creation?

I've found this as well. What I have found is that if you type in your name in the "Pilot" area of your flight (in the mission builder), you will get credit for the flight.

I'll give that a try, thanks!

And you're certain that you have a pilot that is from the same nation that you have selected in the mission? For example, if the flight is a Russian flight of Ka50s, you have a Russian pilot?

Yes, checked that first thing....Russian side in the mission, pilot from Russia in the log book. I looked at one of the pre-build missions in the editor and in the "Pilot" box it says Новый позывной .....maybe I will try putting that in mine and see what happens. ?

Well, this is getting wierder and wierder....I now notice that a mission I made for the USA side is giving credit for flight hours etc to my Russian pilot.....apparently he defected to the west?

Perhaps you are stumbling onto a bug. If you can play detective and describe exactly how to reproduce it, we can report it to ED for investigation. You can also attach the mission. Sadly, I've not had the time to keep up with the Russian forums, so I don't know if this is something already known.

Thanks, I am not sure what caused the problem though...I created the exact same mission again with exactly the same parameters, and when I fly that mission the results go into the logbook....but on the other one they still don't. It has something to do with that particular mission apparently and not the log book itself....so for now I will just delete the mission that is the problem. If I run into it again I will try to isolate the issue further but for now I am just....stumped.
