Hot start DL not working F18/F16 MP

With hot start F16 and F18 DL starts and then stops after about 30 Seconds or doesn’t start at all. 
All jets with DL on, no awacs in use, no circle/range on HMD not showing on SA page. Used to work fine. Have tried our own servers and one other with the same results

Updated to say this is intermittent and we can’t figure out what causes it
