reported HSI -> Data -> TCN -> MVAR can't be insert

The Tacan Magnectic Variation can't be insert into the TCN List on HSI. I had tried on other map (caucasus) by inserting the same MVAR that already is on TCN List, and still nothing. This is a very important function for updating INS in fly before GPS era.

Please try again and use format E 050500 for the MVAR

I think I figured it out. The problem is with LATNL SEC on Precise mode (that is the one i'm using on the video above). When using LATNL DCML both on normal and precise mode i have no problem inserting the MVAR. When using LATNL SEC on normal mode i have no problem inserting the MVAR, but when using the LATNL SEC on Precise i have the Error when trying to insert the MVAR, it's likely that the problem is with format on LATNL SEC Precise. I believe it should present some type of decimals after the first 6 number being input, just like we have on coordinates input. So using all the other 3 formats it works, but not on LATNL SEC Precise.

Reported, nice find, yes its seems seconds create issues here.
