Help getting Sneaker WebGCI to load.....

Hi there so I started messing with the Sneaker Web GCI the other day, and I;m close to getting it to work but I have no idea how to set up the URL to actually be able to view the overlay/map.

Any advice is much appreciated the instructions on the GitHub page are a little minimalist for a mere mortal non coder like me!
