Best way to get training missions for mod planes?

So I am planning on jumping deep into DCS when the Phantom comes out but beforehand I want to 'train' on the A-4E and FC3 planes.

Now im planning on using tutorial videos but Im wondering the best way to get missions for this training, should i make them myself or is there a good place to download them?

You can look for some missions and campaigns made by users here: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/

But if you don't find what you want, you can watch some tutorials about the Mission Editor and create your own missions.

(I usually create my own if i want something specific)

Su-33, Su-25, Su-25T and Su-27 have training missions implemented within the modules. Mig-29 operation is almost the same as Su-27.

All instant action missions are a great start too. Just don't try to play the campaigns or full single missions too soon.

Ok one last question, between the A-4E mod or the FC3 F-15, which is the best to start with to 'train' for the upcoming Phantom?

The A-4 is more of the period but the F-15 is more the same role

You mean with the 2008 version? Missions will absolutely not work.

I would learn the A4 rather than the F15, since the FC3 planes are not clickable cockpits and the Phantom is s'posed to be (at least to my understanding).  When going back and forth between the A4 and other EFM planes and the FC3 planes, you really notice a difference in flight performance as well.  

Hopefully the F4 will be a great addition, since flying in the A4 I'm needing some one to cover my behind!
