Zulu time not accurate on Syria or Channel

Zulu time is accurate on Caucasus, PG, and Marianas, but it is not accurate on Syria or Channel. Nevada I am unsure of, as it shows GMT-8 instead of GMT-7, but I don't know if DCS simulates DST. 

Syria is GMT+2, local time 1600 should show 1400z. Apache's clock shows 1300z.

Channel is GMT, local time 0800 should show 0800z. Apache's clock shows 0600z.
