probaco Posted March 20, 2022 Posted March 20, 2022 When playing as CP/G I have a problem with the RHG manual tracker. When I look at video's of other players the tracker is very accurate/ snappy when looking for targets and putting the reticule on it. What I mean by that is that if they release the button or axis it will freeze immediately. If I release my axis it will go on for miles. Have tried several different axis and 4-way hats, but problem stays. I can get it to stop with the LMC button, but it's annoying as hell to press the button every 0,5 seconds to get the tracker on a target. Is there a button or setting to get it snappy? I don't have this problem flying the KA50 of Huey.

Keep LMC off when you are acquiring targets. Then, once you find something, turn it on and it will stabilize the sight from any movements the aircraft makes and will also keep its velocity depending on how long you pressed the manual tracker and in what direction. This is useful for tracking moving targets. That being said, when in multicrew, LMC is currently bugged and will cause the TADS position to go all over the place for the pilot's perspective and cause the missile to miss.
