Confused as to button assignments for the pilot/CPG

As there are separate controller files for the pilot and CPG, can you use the same button assignments for both if you place both button assignments in each controller file?  That is, if you use the TMS 4 way switch for commands a, b, c and d for the pilot, can you use the same button assignments for the CPG if you also put those commands to the same buttons in the CPG file?

Yes you can. I saved the individual controller profiles in the Pilot controls and loaded them in the CPG controls.
