Shenyang J-11 camera stuck forward, cannot move head or outside camera

It's like the camera is locked in the default position for every camera angle. I've searched the settings and copied other control profiles to the J11 one but the problem is still there. Tried repairing and no change. Any help appreciated. Only on the J11. Every other aircraft I have is fine.

The whole time trying to look around. Key binds move the camera but it doesnt move through mouse input. Obviously quite annoying trying to dogfight without being able to look around.

Thanks. I have no such issue on my end. I replayed your track, then took control of it, and I was able to move the view using my mouse (both cockpoit and external views).

Here are my view settings:
