MOD: Jester is reading taxi, takeoff, landing CHECKLISTS

UPDATE: checklists voice & items improved

I've setup a TTS machine learning voice model for Jester in a docker container. Then I had him read the checklists for taxi, lineup, air refueling, approach and landing.

When i say i.e. "TAXI CHECKLIST" in VoiceAttack, then jester is reading the taxi checklist items one by one.

To get the VoiceAttack profile working, you need to save the sound files .zip  and point VoiceAttack to those sounds.
