which multicore application I should use with DCS: BS to distribute load on all processors?

 

There was a discussion about such app but I can't seem to find it.

You don't need any. When you start the game, ALT-TAB to desktop, open Windows Task Manager and right clock on DCS.exe and set CPU affinity there.

 

You need to do this every time you start the game though. If you have Windows Vista 64bit OS then this is definitely worth it but in Windows XP it makes no noticeable difference in game performance, but then again you can always try it and see if it helps yourself.

Few such apps are mentioned at the end of "Multicore performance improvement" (?) thread. I recomend Set Affinity II. http://www.geocities.com/edgemeal_software/SetAffinity/index.htm It is always best to dl such a vital apps from their OFFICIAL sites.
