Does maverick alignment is permanent?

First power on the mav for alignment, and do boresight alignment procedure.

After that, power off Mavs EO for very long long flight plan.

In this case, does Mavs are maintain boresight alignment value?

Yeah they keep the calibration.
 

Currently, even if you launch the missiles, land, rearm new mavs, the newly loaded ones will even be boresighted already. I dont know if that‘s correct (i doubt it), but that‘s how it is in DCS at the moment.
