Colmillo Posted March 28, 2022 Posted March 28, 2022 (edited) Doing tests with AOP, I have realized that it has a significant error. I attach a track in which I accurately measured the targets, and as you will see in F10 I draw the data, All three AOP tests failed, I included the last bomb to PP1 to show that the reference point was valid. Finally, is it useful to indicate at what angle I want the impact? I have tried various values and it always seems to me that it is 45 degrees. Napillo Posted March 29, 2022 Posted March 29, 2022 (edited) try leaving the elevation at zero, if you're offsetting the elevation, wouldn't that try to aim UP another 200ft instead of where it actually is? remember, the whole thing is an OFFSET not a marker - you're offsetting the elevation too. Just put in the differences in elevation, not the actual elevation, because this is an Offset Aiming Point, not a DST. Edited March 29, 2022 by Napillo clarified elevation 1

Colmillo Posted March 29, 2022 Author Posted March 29, 2022 Right!!!! Thanks Napillo, I just did the test and that was my problem. I went through Chuck's guide and just realized the following: "XX ft higher than PP1" Thank you for your clarification.
